    Our telehealth consultations offer the same structure as a podiatrist's clinic visit. We take a thorough medical history, assess your footwear, and discuss your activity levels. We'll also ask you to complete functional assessments and review the photos and videos of your feet. This comprehensive approach allows us to diagnose foot problems and recommend effective solutions.

  • Why do I need to upload photos and videos of my feet?

    These images help us assess your foot posture and walking gait before your consultation. This lets us identify any issues and tailor a treatment plan specifically for you.

  • How are the orthotics made for me?

    Your orthotics are personalised to your unique needs. After your consultation, the podiatrist will adjust them based on your foot type, pain points, and activity level.


  • Do you cut toenails?

    No, Outback Orthotics specialises in telehealth podiatry services. We provide personalised orthotics for common foot conditions like heel pain, shin splints, flat feet, and back pain related to poor foot posture.


  • Do you accept Private Health Insurance?

    Absolutely! After you make your payment, we'll send you a receipt you can submit to your private health insurer. If you have podiatry coverage, they may reimburse you for a portion of the cost.
